Business Growth This newsletter was intended to inform and publicise the development in the first quarter of this year and not the third, but due to the growth of the business it has taken a backseat. Our business plan for Charlestown has been exceeded and we are at our 3-year milestone within 18 months of taking over the reins of the company.

New Clients - New Vehicles! We have gained clients in the retail, finance, IT, utilities and construction sectors of the market, and continue to build stronger partnerships with our existing clients. This approach has been successful in building strong relationships and gaining repeat business. Due to the growth of the client base Charlestown has invested significantly in the vehicle fleet. All vehicles carry the same livery from Vito to Vauxhall!

Accreditation Pays Off As part of our ISO accreditation processes we have joined the Investing in People initiative and this confirms our commitment to our staff. We have recently sent employees on Telecommunication courses as well as advanced electrical courses. Our commitment to holding the relevant accreditations has proved correct and some of the new clients gained, would not have been possible without NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors), Constructionline and UVDB (Utilities Vendor Database) approval. Our Health and Safety regime has also proved it’s self with external audits from Utilities and Local councils being carried in the past 6 months. These audits have demonstrated to clients that Charlestown Ltd has the documentation, procedures and processes in place and above all commitment to the well being of its staff, client and the general public.
